* in 600 ml of hot water.

Wring out a piece of fabric in water, and apply to forehead or back of neck. Re-apply when it has cooled to body temperature.

Boil it with 1 cup of water covered for 2 minutes then boil again after it is chilled in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Right after you take it off the burner QUICKLY put it in a glass then into the refrigorator for 1 hour. Pour into a bottle and you’ re ready to go!!

Ingredients:

* 3 d. basil oil
* 3 d. rosemary oil
* 2 d. lemon oil
* 1 oz of water

Directions:

Blend ingredients in a small spray bottle. Use throughout the day by spritizing your work or home area. You can also spray some on a Kleenex or cotton pad and keep it in a plastic baggie. Open the baggie and inhale deeply 3-4 times through your nose as needed.

Stir 1 teaspoon honey into 4 cups (1 quart) warm water. Blondes may wish to add a squeeze of lemon.

After shampooing, pour mixture through hair. Do not rinse out. Dry as normal.
