We all know that obesity can increase the possibility of certain serious diseases significantly. And many times the seeds of obesity are sown in childhood since childhood obesity is understood to carry into adulthood.
But that is not the only concern that exists with regards to childhood obesity. Childhood obesity is also the cause behind various diseases that are being reported in children and adolescents. The incidence of such diseases was erstwhile almost nil among children and teens. And therefore, it can almost be concluded that obesity plays a significant role in causing certain so called ‘adult ailments’ in our children.

Discussions over increased toxicity in the body must necessarily include the role of recreational and illegal drugs. Cannabis sativa or marijuana is one of the illicit drugs that contribute the most to external toxins.
Marijuana contains a fat soluble psychoactive substance called THC, which takes a much longer time to exit from the body than any other drug. Water soluble drugs get eliminated in a few days or weeks. But marijuana’s active chemical THC can remain stored in fat cells for months. If you are going for a dug test it will be better to do so while on normal diet because fasting or a crash diet ends up in releasing the stored THC in to the blood stream.

Hyperthyroidism is a condition wherein an overactive thyroid produces excess amounts of hormones as compared to what the body really needs.
