As a new mother you might face a problem with your spare time especially if you have been a working woman. Diagnostic procedures for Sciatica involve a series of processes that are required to establish the cause behind the pain. Sciatica is normally associated with compression of the sciatic nerve due to a slipped or a herniated disc. Degenerative disc disease is a condition that is brought about by the ageing process. There is a vast difference between Depression in children and in adults. Most of the times, parents do not notice Depression in children and it remains untreated. Diagnosing Depression in children is also more complicated than diagnosing Depression in adults. The physician needs to interview the parents to understand whether the condition can be classified as clinical Depression or not. As parents are likely to be biased due to their own motives, diagnosis may require interviewing friends, school mates and teachers also at times.

Babies grow up faster than we normally think they do. In no time, the young infant that you got so used to cuddle has grown up and started crawling. Another couple of months and the baby would get up on his own and take his first steps - a moment that parents generally cherish for long.

Humans need at least 7-8 hours of sound sleep every 24 hours, to remain mentally alert and physically active during work hours. Older people may sleep less at night and have small naps during the day to fulfill the body’s requirement of sleep. But getting a restful sleep is not something that everyone enjoys. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a specific psychotherapy that is used to affect emotions and perceptions in a positive manner. It involves talking about how you think and the way your thoughts, feelings and perceptions affect your behavior.
The basic premise behind the therapy is that behavior, feelings and thoughts are based on cognition. And therefore it is believed that if the process of cognition can be modified, the perceptions and feelings can be aligned.
