Sex has both physical and psychological connotations. It requires not only physical fitness but also a cool and calm frame of mind before and during the act. Psychologically speaking, most women would have you believe that men are too ‘sex crazy’. Just ponder a while and answer one question - what do you do when you have a common cold, a sore throat or flu and cannot afford to miss your office. Nine out of ten people will probably take an antibiotic or a pain killer and depend upon the drug to take its affect by the time they reach office.

Herbs form an integral part of the holistic approach of all sciatica alternative remedies. Whatever the contention of the conventionalist, the role of herbal treatments cannot be denied. Many conventional medicines were initially derived from herbs and natural products and later synthesized for mass production.

Herbs are relatively safe and, if taken in recommended quantities, do not lead to any complication that cannot be managed easily. An antibiotic is a chemical substance derived from a mold or bacterium that kills microorganisms (bacteria) and cures infections. Alexander Fleming discovered penicillin in 1926. He observed that a substance produced by fungi actually restricted bacterial growth.
It was however left to Edward Chain and Howard Florey to carry out successful trials of penicillin on humans suffering from infections that were deemed to be incurable and fatal at that time. The three of them were the joint winners of the Nobel Prize for medicine in 1945.

Staying well is probably the most important thing that we all have in mind all the time. The sad part is that are so busy with our rushed-up routines that we do nothing about it. Left to ourselves, we prefer to sleep late, get up and rush to work and grab a sandwich on the way to work rather than choosing a relaxed time in the morning along with cereal for breakfast.

Prostate is a male gland situated between the bowel and the bladder that releases a fluid, which forms a major part of the semen. It surrounds the starting section of the urethra and any enlargement leads to strangulation of the tube leading to urinary problems.
Estimates of middle aged men likely to develop prostate cancer, released by the American Cancer Society, make a grim reading. What adds to the problem is that unlike women who readily discuss breast cancer, men often find it difficult to discuss the issue. Perhaps the association that a prostate problem has with a decrease in sexual prowess has led it to be such a taboo topic.

The maxim― prevention is better than cure― was probably coined for conditions like Sciatica. There is no one cause of Sciatica, nor is there one single cure for it. Though not impossible, Sciatica is also difficult to prevent.
Although true Sciatica is associated with disc deformations that compress the sciatic nerve, Sciatica-like pain can also caused by postural faults, some of which we are not even aware. You may feel that a straight back chair feels best for your back and therefore may be ignorantly satisfied with the support that it provides you. But that is not really the truth. The best chair for preventing Sciatica is one that:

There was a time when the experts in the medical science field worried about influenza. Today the focus seems to have shifted to ‘afflulenza’. Lifestyle diseases, more than anything else, are snuffing out lives and shortening productive years of the population.
The mantra seems to be to get rich, buy cars, get houses and get meals out. When we chase such a lifestyle what we get in return is appalling. We get obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, respiratory problems and cancer. We fail to appreciate that despite the progress in medical science, there are sure cures for a very small number of ailments.

Many minor ailments do not require any medication and can be cured by the body on its own if the immune responses work properly. Only a fully functional Immune System is capable of recognizing and destroying or eliminating toxins and foreign substances like bacteria and viruses.
