Calendula Massage Oil

* 8 ounces of oil (olive, almond, apricot, or sunflower)
* 1 ounce calendula flowers
* (You can add a few drops of essential oils if you like. Try 5-10 drops each of orange and lavender or chamomile. For the ultimate luxury use rose essential oil)

Place the oil and calendula flowers in a crock pot on about 4 hours to extract the beneficial properties of the calendula into the oil. Check very carefully that your oil is not getting to hot! Allow the oil to cool and then strain it using cheese cloth.

Communication Enhancement Massage Oil

* Frankincense - 5 drops
* Clary Sage - 5 drops
* Sandalwood - 5 drops
* Massage or Carrier Oil - 1 tablespoon (15ml)

Lack of communication may be the first indication of a troubled relationship.
The above recipe may help the flow of feelings that have been repressed.
Apply the formula to the upper chest, back of the neck, and shoulders.

Stress Soothing Massage Oil

* 2 drops lavender
* 1 drop ylang ylang
* 2 drops petitgrain

Add 2 drops lavender, 1 drop ylang ylang and 2 drops petitgrain to 5 teaspoons of a massage oil base (or any plain base/carrier oil). to the massage base. Stir gently to mix and massage into body.
