Blend for Irritability

* Coriander - 8 drops
* Cypress - 8 drops
* Lavender - 8 drops

Blend in amber bottle and wear as a perfume or inhale as needed. You can also diffuse this blend in your home or work area.

Another Irritability Blend

* Ylang Ylang - 30 drops
* Coriander - 20 drops
* Roman Chamomile - 10 drops

Blends to Combat Anger

* 3 drops Orange

Relaxing Massage Oil

Effective Natural Nail Fungus Treatment

What is nail fungus?

Fungal infections of the finger and toenails are very common and notoriously difficult to get rid of. Fungi are everywhere in our environment and can infect various parts of the body with different effects. When the nails become infected with a fungus they begin to look thickened and discolored. As the infection progresses and invades more of the nail, flaking, peeling and crumbling may occur.

Calming Bath

* Geranium 5 drops
* Clary Sage 5 drops
* Lemon 5 drops
* Massage Oil 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

As you prepare your bath, close the window and door to prevent the oil vapors from escaping. Fill the bathtub with warm/hot water.

To soften your skin and remove impurities, dissolve 1 cup of epsom salt in the bath water. Then dilute the essential oils in the Massage Oil. Pour the blend into the water.

Anti-Aging Oil

Mix with 30mls of Almond oil

* 3 drops Frankinscence
* 3 drops Neroli
* 1 drop Lavender
* 3 drops Rose

Massage into face and neck morning and night. It has certainly made a difference to my complexion. It evens out blemishes and has refines some fine lines.

Bath Blend for Emotional Balance

Add to a warm bathtub, soak for 20 minutes. Relax and enjoy
