Most celebrities are like you and me regarding a healthy hatred of dieting. They would rather eat healthy, and then deprive themselves of the foods they love to eat. Knowing what to eat is almost as important as knowing when to eat it.
Everyone gets hungry during the day, so keeping a bowl of fruit on your table or desk can be a healthy way to satisfy a sweet tooth. Another great snack is a handful of dry-roasted nuts.

Self-discipline is a skill that most autistic children have trouble acquiring. This includes not only inappropriate outbursts, but also habits that can be potentially dangerous, such as being aggressive towards others or causing harm to themselves, such as banging their heads off walls.
To prevent these and other behaviors, one technique parents and educators can use to control autistic tendencies is self-management. Giving the child power over him- or herself is often the key to keeping control over violent situations and may be a positive step towards learning other behaviors as well.

Cigarette smoking has been identified as the number one preventable cause of morbidity and premature mortality worldwide. Smoking is responsible for approximately one in five deaths in the United States. From 1997 to 2001, smoking killed an estimated 438,000 people in the United States each year.
This includes an estimated 259,494 male and 178,404 female deaths annually. Among adults, the three leading specific causes of smoking attributable deaths were from lung cancer (123,836), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (90,582) and ischemic heart disease (86,801).

Although the cause of Psoriasis is not entirely understood, scientists have suggested that it may be caused by a malfunctioning immune system. The affects of the disease is mainly thought of as a skin condition but it does affect joints too.
Psoriatic arthritis is the type of Psoriasis where the joints are swollen, painful and stiff very similar to arthritis. Psoriatic arthritis can be serious, causing bone loss as well as deformed joints. A statistic from the National Psoriasis foundation put an estimate of about 10% - 30% on the number of people with Psoriasis who also have psoriatic arthritis.

Great technological successes and access to all comforts at a click or a phone call has put the Western society in a position which is the envy of the underdeveloped world. However, there is a flip side to it also.
Modern day lifestyles that are more inclined towards materialistic gains have led to a situation where spirituality, diet and health are ignored at the cost of making it ‘big’ in life. What we fail to realize at times is that comforts and facilities are relevant and pleasurable only if we are in good health and are able to enjoy them.
