Ingredients:
* 3 d. basil oil
* 3 d. rosemary oil
* 2 d. lemon oil
* 1 oz of water
Directions:
Blend ingredients in a small spray bottle. Use throughout the day by spritizing your work or home area. You can also spray some on a Kleenex or cotton pad and keep it in a plastic baggie. Open the baggie and inhale deeply 3-4 times through your nose as needed.

When can memory loss set in?
As we grow older, we sometimes begin to notice that our memories are not as good as they used to be.
Fall off of cognitive functioning, including memory, can begin from as young as the mid-thirties and is greatly affected by genetic makeup, stress and other health-related factors such as diet, exercise and lifestyle.
