Stress is unavoidable in the present scenario where everyone has to run around to squeeze a living and keep up with the rising cost of living. Some amount of stress, however, is actually beneficial since it provides that adrenalin rush to shake you from complacency. If you are complacent you are not likely to meet deadlines.
Continuous Stress on the other hand can wreck one’s life. Stress, especially when it is internalized, causes mental and physical problems. Coping with Stress is not difficult provided you know certain simple ways of natural Stress relief.

* 1 1/3 oz. St. Johns Wort
* 1 oz. Lemon Balm Leaves
* 1 oz. Valerian
Use 1 tsp. of the herb mixture per cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 min., strain, sweeten if necessary. Drink a cup of this tea before going to bed each night for several weeks to calm overwrought nerves, lift Depression, and help you fall asleep more easily.

* Boil 4 c water
* seep 3 chamomile tea bags for 5 minutes. Cool
Put into a spray bottle and keep in Fridge. Lasts about 14 days - Shake before each use.
Use cold chamomile tea bags on puffy eyes - put over eyes for 4-5 minutes

Insomnia is a symptom, not a disease. Stress related to work, school, health or family concerns. Depression. Use of stimulants, including caffeine, alcohol, nicotine or other over-the-counter or prescription medications. Prescription drugs, including some Antidepressant, high blood pressure and steroid medications, can interfere with sleep.
Many over-the-counter medications, including some brands of aspirin, decongestants and weight loss products, contain caffeine and other stimulants. And Antihistamines can affect urinary problems. Change in environment or work schedule. Long-term use of sleep medications. Medical problems, including fibromyalgia or complex diseases of the nerves and muscles.

* Geranium 5 drops
* Clary Sage 5 drops
* Lemon 5 drops
* Massage Oil 1 Teaspoon (5 ml)
As you prepare your bath, close the window and door to prevent the oil vapors from escaping. Fill the bathtub with warm/hot water.
To soften your skin and remove impurities, dissolve 1 cup of epsom salt in the bath water. Then dilute the essential oils in the Massage Oil. Pour the blend into the water.
