I have been thinking about getting some essential oils for a while. I am hesitant that the benefits are not as tangible as they clam to be. What’s your experience with this form of therapy? Thanks.
I’m not looking for jokes. If you you are ignorant of this subject then don’t answer it.

I like a few drops of orange, grapefruit, spruce or eucalyptus oil on the floor of the tub as I shower – creates a very relaxing or invorating steam…lavender is nice in the bath as well

Yes!
Aromatherapy uses essential oils extracted from nature’s herbs and flowers. The aroma is inhaled, or applied to the skin, and each of the oils (or combination thereof) addresses a specific disorder. It appears that the body is able to utilize the healing properties of the oils through the olfactory system of the body, and so initiate the healing process. Aromatherapy practitioners would also have an understanding of the psychological and emotional factors of illness.

I´ve been using essential oils for more than 12 years. I can tell you they´re great for your health if used properly. We use them for many minor problems, allergies, burns, colds. They work great. We also use them for emotional purposes like concentration enhancement, relaxing, refreshing, etc.
I am very happy to tell you we´ve never had to use any antibiotics since.
You have to learn first. find a good course and a good provider for the oils too (quality is everything)
Best wishes,
