You should also take note of your wife’s moodswings. Try helping her deal with her temperamental nature during her pregnancy. Be understanding. When she’s depressed, cheer her up. Focusing on your wife is important, but try to take care of yourself, too. It wouldn’t do for your wife to see you as a nervous wreck. Pay attention to your own moods, needs and worries. Talking with your pregnant wife about your concerns can ease some of that worry. Discussion with your wife can help ease the stress and assist you both in weathering the ups and downs of the pregnancy.
